This site is set up to make buying from us plain and simple. We want to allow you, the user, the ability to bid with confidence. Our products are high quality and low priced; we strive to find the best supplier so we can offer name brand products at a fraction of the cost. Below are the steps to show you how all this works.

What we Sell:

We sell Customer returns and/or shelf pulls; we also do consignments upon request. Our products come from the largest online retailers in the nation, we buy semi loads to cut down on the price; which allows use to offer them at huge discounts. You can come preview and test out the items before you bid on them. We encourage this because we don’t have the time or room to inspect and offer returns so make sure you understand ALL SALE ARE FINAL.

Previewing Products

We offer you the chance to come and inspect, in person, the products we are selling; we encourage you to view the upcoming auctions during pickup times. We also post preview videos of the upcoming auctions to give you an idea of the condition of the products you are interested in.

Bidding:

  1. Visit the site: You are here so you have this part taken care of.

  2. Login/Register: You must create an account in order to have access to bidding. Above in the right hand corner is a link, or click here.

  3. Start Bidding: This is simple, once you are logged in you can start bidding on the available products we have. If you have questions feel free to contact us.

  4. Win the Bid: If you are the highest bidder you win, you’ll get a confirmation email, if you win multiple auctions, we will prepare an invoice for your auctions won. You must pay in full at the time of pickup.

Bids are final! If you bid and don’t pay or pick up we will ban you from the site.

Payment:

We allow payments made with cash or credit card only. We don’t accept checks, money orders, or other forms of payment. If you use a credit card we must charge 3% additional fee to your final bill to cover our processing charges.¬†Payment is due at time of pick up, if you can’t pay don’t bid!

Pickup:

Pick up varies from¬†auction to auction, make sure you view the auction’s pickup times, you will receive an email after winning with this information as we… We do not offer storage of your products, we are moving a high volume of goods and need all the space we can get. YOU MUST PICK UP YOUR PRODUCTS ON THE PICKUP DAY. If there is an emergency call us , 740-591-2560 to let us know, we must charge a storage fee at that time so please follow the pickup time.

Returns:

We don’t offer returns, you are responsible for inspection of your products, we are clear about the condition when we list the products but we don’t have time to inspect and test every product we have so PREVIEW the items during designated preview times.

Storage:

We do not store your products! We have a constant flow of products so to continue to offer great discounts and quality products we must move out old and bring in new. PICK UP ON SCHEDULED PICKUP DAYS, IF YOU CANT WE WILL CHARGE YOU FOR STORAGE OF $5 PER DAY.

Tax:

We must charge sales tax upon payment. If you are tax exempt please turn in a tax exempt form.

Buyers Premium:

We charge a 10% buyers premium on all auctions to cover our labor cost and website costs associated with the auctions; we appreciate your business and will continue to offer great discounted quality goods here in Athens, Ohio.

Bids are final! If you bid and don’t pay or pick up we will ban you from the site.

THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ARE LEGALLY BINDING AND IF YOU VIOLATE ANY PART OF THEM, ATHENS ONLINE AUCTIONS, AND/OR THE OWNER/SELLER MAY SEEK LEGAL RELIEF, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REPORTING YOUR CONDUCT TO APPROPRIATE LAW ENFORCEMENT ENTITIES. PLEASE NOTE THAT THESE TERMS INCLUDE AN AGREEMENT.
